Because every San Jose Jewelers fan ring and class ring is custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns on completed custom ring orders. Each custom college ring is individually created based on your selected ring style, metal type, university seal, stone options, engravings, and other personalized design choices.  To provide flexibility during the early stages of production, San Jose Jewelers offers a 7-day cancellation window from your original order date. Orders canceled within the first 7 days are eligible for a full refund.  After 7 days, production planning, material sourcing, and custom design work may already be underway. At that point, any deposit paid becomes non-refundable, but your deposit can be converted into store credit for future use with San Jose Jewelers.  In some cases, an existing San Jose Jewelers ring may also qualify for gold credit or trade-in value toward a new custom ring purchase, depending on the ring’s condition and materials.
