We offer free FedEx (depending on the shipping location) insured shipping on every US order over $250. 

Shipping Speed

San Jose Jewelers is committed to delivering your order on time. All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days of you placing the order. Delivery time varies by the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Custom Made Items

Custom made pieces require additional production time due to the handcrafted nature of our work. Once your design is finalized and the order is confirmed, custom items typically take 8 to 10 weeks to complete before shipping. This timeline allows our jewelers to design, cast, set stones, polish, and quality check every detail of your piece.

If your custom order is needed by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

Rerouting a Shipment

For insurance and security reasons, we are unable to reroute packages after they have shipped.

Shipping Safety

For your protection, San Jose Jewelers always insures shipments. Additionally, we require that all shipments be made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
