Warranty Repair Form & Shipping Addresses
Please have all repairs and/or resizing performed by San Jose Jewelers or our authorized repair facility to avoid any possible misuse issues. You can submit a repair by filling the Warranty & Repair Form and shipping the item(s) back to us. Please remember to insure your ring when shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

University Rings
Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, and White Gold
Solid gold (10k, 14k, 18k) University rings are covered under our industry leading lifetime warranty*.- LIFETIME RESIZING: Ring resizing up to (2) numeral sizes larger or smaller are covered under your warranty.
- LIFETIME CLEANING & POLISHING: Cleaning and polishing are always covered under your warranty.
- LIFETIME LOSS OF STONES: Synthetic, lab gemstones, lab diamonds, genuine gemstones and earth mined diamonds that are lost because of normal wear and tear are replaced under warranty. Severe or excessive damage causing missing stones may be subject to replacement fees*.
- LIFETIME LOSS OF SEAL: Loss of seals dues to normal wear and tear are covered. Severely or excessively damaged rings with seal loss are subject to seal replacement fees*.
Silver/Sterling
University rings manufactured with sterling or platinum silver are covered with our industry leading silver warranty. Note that due to the softer nature of silver, it is more likely to tarnish and bend compared to our gold lineup; therefore, some of the portions of our ring not covered for life.- LIFETIME RESIZING: Ring resizing up to (2) numeral sizes larger or smaller are covered under your warranty.
- LIFETIME CLEANING & POLISHING: Cleaning and polishing are always covered under your warranty.

Engagement rings and custom jewelry are covered under our industry leading lifetime warranty.

Loss/Theft/Damages
Our warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damages caused by misuse or improper care. Please take any allergies you have into consideration when ordering your ring.
*Replacement fees are determined on a case by case basis. If your ring or pendant is severely damaged, please contact us!
