You’re also welcome to split your payment between methods if that works best for you. (Please note, we do not accept checks.)

While we don’t offer in-house financing, you can secure your order with a 50% deposit at the time of purchase. The remaining balance is due when your ring or pendant is completed. Orders not paid in full at completion will be canceled, and deposits are non-refundable. An acknowledgement will be required during your consultation by signature.

The production of your ring or pendant typically takes within 5 -10 weeks. Please note that times may vary depending on our jewelers' workload during peak ordering seasons and the level of customization required for each piece. We kindly ask that you consider this production time when placing your order. Order deadlines may vary depending on university.

• Spring May Graduation Deadline: March 1st - After this date, we can not guarantee your ring in time by May graduation.
• Fall December Graduation Deadline: October 1st - After this date, we can not guarantee your ring will arrive on time by December graduation.

Yes, our travel team is well-trained and will have all the necessary tools to professionally size your finger for the best fit. Don't forget, our rings are backed by an industry-leading warranty that covers free resizing if your size changes or is inaccurate when ordering online. Please note that we size based on your preferred ring finger's current size and shape. 

Yes, our team showcases all 19 styles for you to see and try on. With over a million possible combinations and customizations, unfortunately, we can’t show every option, but we will have images and 3D renderings available for designs that are not physically present. We always bring our most popular ring combinations.

University Ring Warranty Information:

Gold Metal:

Solid gold (10k & 14k) university rings are covered under our lifetime warranty.

• LIFETIME RESIZING: Ring resizing up to (2) numeral sizes larger or smaller are covered under your warranty.
• LIFETIME CLEANING & POLISHING: Cleaning and polishing are always covered under your warranty.
• LIFETIME LOSS OF STONES: Misplaced synthetic, lab grown, and earth mined diamonds are replaced under warranty due to normal wear and tear. Severe or excessive damage causing missing stones may be subject to replacement fees.
• LIFETIME LOSS OF SEAL: Loss of seals due to normal wear and tear are covered. Severely or excessively damaged rings with seal loss are subject to seal replacement fees.

Platinum Silver Rings

University rings manufactured with sterling or platinum silver are covered with our silver warranty. However, due to the nature of silver metal, you may experience tarnishing and metal mishaping; therefore, some portions of our rings are not covered for life.

• LIFETIME RESIZING: Ring resizing up to (2) numeral sizes larger or smaller are covered under your warranty.
• LIFETIME CLEANING & POLISHING: Cleaning and polishing are always covered under your warranty.
• 1 YEAR LOSS OF STONES: Stones that are lost because of normal wear and tear are replaced under warranty. Severe or excessive damage causing missing stones may be subject to replacement fees.
• 1 YEAR LOSS OF SEAL: Loss of seals due to normal wear and tear are covered. Severely or excessively damaged rings with seal loss are subject to seal replacement fees.
