San Jose came through in the biggest way. I knew the engagement ring was perfect and I waited to see my fiancée’s reaction when I got down on one knee and she could not have been more excited and happy. She can’t stop looking at this ring and talking about how it is perfectly designed for her. And trust me, she is a tough critic. We went through multiple re-designs in the first stages of the process, and Collin/Robert/Adam and the entire staff could not have been more patient, understanding, and helpful.
