To provide flexibility during the early stages of production, San Jose Jewelers offers a 7-day cancellation window from your original order date. Orders canceled within the first 7 days are eligible for a full refund.  After 7 days, production planning, material sourcing, and custom design work may already be underway. At that point, any deposit paid becomes non-refundable, but your deposit can be converted into store credit for future use with San Jose Jewelers.
