Production, Delivery and Payment
Custom ring production typically takes 5–10 weeks. Tell our team about any graduation, ring ceremony or gift deadline before ordering so we can discuss the timeline for your selected piece.
December graduation delivery is not guaranteed for orders placed at this event. October 21 falls after our October 1 guarantee deadline.
We offer free insured shipping with a signature required. Pickup at our Waco showroom can also be arranged once your ring is complete.
We accept major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at events. Financing is available through Affirm and Synchrony Financial, subject to approval and applicable terms.

Can I try on rings and pendants?
Yes. We’ll have rings and pendants available to try on, plus free finger sizing and help with your design. We’re also bringing Tarleton belt buckles.

Will my ring arrive for December graduation?
December graduation delivery is not guaranteed for event orders because the event takes place after our October 1 guarantee deadline. Typical custom ring production is 5–10 weeks.
Can a San Jose Jewelers ring be used for Tarleton’s ring ceremony?
Tarleton has confirmed to San Jose Jewelers that our rings are allowed. Always contact Tarleton’s alumni association to confirm current registration, eligibility and ring-handling instructions, and discuss delivery timing with us before ordering for a ceremony.
