Production time for most custom fan or class rings is 6–10 weeks.

Each university ring is made to order and fully customized based on your selected top style, band style, metal type, and stone choice. Because of this level of craftsmanship, production time may vary slightly depending on materials and seasonal demand—especially during peak graduation seasons in the Spring and Fall.

If you are ordering your fan or class ring for a May or December graduation ceremony, alumni event, or special milestone, we strongly recommend placing your order early to ensure on-time delivery.

To guarantee delivery for May graduation ceremonies, we recommend placing your order before March 1st.

Because each fan or class ring is custom-made, we do not accept returns.

However:

• Returning an existing San Jose Jewelers ring may be used as a gold credit toward a new order.
• You have 7 days from the order date to cancel and receive a full refund.
• After 7 days, your deposit becomes non-refundable. Your deposit will be converted into a store credit.
