We’ll provide free finger sizing at the event. Service is first come, first served, so allow time to explore your options and meet with the team.
Production, Shipping and Graduation Timing
Custom rings typically take 5–10 weeks to produce. We offer free insured shipping with a signature required, or we can arrange pickup at our Waco showroom once your ring is completed. Ask our team about the production and delivery timing for your chosen ring or pendant.
Ordering for December graduation? Our guaranteed December graduation ordering deadline is October 1. This October 24 event falls after that deadline, so December graduation delivery is not guaranteed. Please discuss your required date with us before ordering.

Do I need an appointment or ticket?
Admission is free, and customers are helped on a first-come, first-served basis. The event-updates signup provides news and offers; it does not book a time slot.
Can I try on rings and get my finger sized?
Yes. Rings and pendants will be available to try on, and our team will provide free finger sizing.
Can alumni and families attend?
Absolutely. You do not have to be graduating this semester to explore your university jewelry options. Students, alumni and families are welcome.
Can I combine the three promotions?
Yes. A custom ring or custom pendant purchase qualifies for free engraving, the free OU necklace, and $100 off a two-tone seal when that option is selected.
What payment options are available?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted at events. Financing is available through Affirm and Synchrony, subject to approval and the provider’s terms. Ask our team about the available options.
