Production, Delivery and Payment
Custom ring production typically takes 5–10 weeks. Ask our team to confirm the timeline for your selected piece before placing your order.
December graduation delivery is not guaranteed for orders placed at this event. The October 16–17 event takes place after our October 1 guarantee deadline.
We offer free insured shipping with a signature required, or we can arrange pickup at our Waco showroom once your ring is complete.
We accept major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at events. Financing is available through Affirm and Synchrony Financial, subject to approval and applicable terms.

Do I need a parking permit?
Yes. Obtain a permit from the hotel front desk before attending. Vehicles parked without a permit may be towed.
Can I combine all three offers on a custom pendant?
Yes. Any custom ring or custom pendant purchased at the event qualifies for free engraving and a free stainless steel necklace, plus $100 off a two-tone seal when selected.
Is the event only for Texas Tech students?
No. Students, alumni and families from TTUHSC, Lubbock Christian and other universities we serve are welcome.
Can I participate in Texas Tech’s ring ceremony with a San Jose ring?
Contact the Texas Tech alumni association to confirm current ceremony requirements before purchasing for participation. University licensing does not automatically guarantee ceremony eligibility.
