Ordering for December Graduation? Order by October 1
If you need your customized college ring in time for December graduation, a ring ceremony or fall graduation photographs, please do not wait until the last minute.
Our normal production timeline is approximately 5–10 weeks. To guarantee delivery in time for December graduation, place your order by October 1, 2026.
Production time allows our team to complete each stage of your customized design, including casting, stone setting, engraving, finishing and final inspection. More detailed designs and periods of high seasonal demand may require additional time.
Before ordering for a university ring ceremony, confirm the following with your university or alumni association:
- Whether you meet the school’s participation requirements
- Whether rings from other licensed jewelers qualify
- The university’s ring-ordering deadline
- Whether you must register or RSVP for the ceremony
- Whether the university will hold your ring or you must bring it with you
Ordering early gives you the greatest selection of customization options and helps prevent unnecessary stress as graduation approaches.
