Our warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damages caused by misuse or improper care. Please take any allergies you have into consideration when ordering your ring. If you think you may be having an allergic reaction, please contact us.
Due to the nature of our custom-made products, we are not able to accept returns. However, your ring can be used as a gold credit towards a new order. Once your order is placed, you have 7 days to cancel and receive a full refund. After 7 days, your deposit is non-refundable.
